Full Transparency…

For the past few years, I haven’t taken the best care of myself. I poured everything into pregnancy, motherhood, and caring for my family, and somewhere along the way, my own health and wellness took a back seat.

2025 became the year I chose to change that. The year I began showing up for myself again, rebuilding from the inside out, and putting my wellness back where it belongs — as a priority.

My friend Ashley is a pelvic floor physical therapist, and she basically taught me how to breathe (yes breath lol) and now I am stronger than ever and not peeing my pants every 5 seconds!
